Here is a link to 3 of the files below for you to see what I did.

We used basic 3 light approach but shot each light separately using a MultiMax's Speedlight sequencer.  The main light and fill were both cross polarized using a Rosco Polarizing gel and a circular polarizing filter on the camera.  We over exposed the Black background to make it come out white.

I set both of these image on 5500 Kevin in Lightroom.  Note that the HMI has a yellow cast and the strobe is very neutral.  Also I didn't realize that the ISO changed from 400 to 100 when we switched to the 7' Octabank.  That is why the LED light wasn't showing up as bright.
